Backpack Blessing AND Ice Cream Social!
Please join us here at Groveport United Methodist Church on Sunday, August 9, for our Back to School Celebration.
During our 10:30 a.m. worship service, we will offer a special blessing for students, teachers, school staff, and families beginning a new school year. Children may bring their backpack or whatever bag they take with them to school. We will pray for every student and adult heading into classrooms, offices, buses, cafeterias, and hallways.
After worship, we will gather for an ice cream social at 11:45 a.m. Church families, visitors, and students of every age are welcome. We hope you will join us for prayer, encouragement, and a scoop or two of ice cream.
